Meatloaf and Meatloaf Ingredients Preheat oven to 350. Mashed Potatoes Ingredients Wash and scrub potatoes (I never peel my
potatoes because I like the skins and their good for you) and slice 1/4 to
1/2 inch thick. In large saucepan, cover potatoes with water, add garlic
cloves and boil until potatoes are fork tender. In bowl, mash potatoes and
garlic and add yogurt and seasonings. Whip with hand mixer till well mixed
and not too lumpy. (I promise you will never use butter in mashed potatoes
again.) These are very yummy. If your kids won't eat them with skins, peel
them.
